MHK Architecture is honored to partner with Wellspring Church in Englewood, Colorado, on an exciting new addition that will enhance the church’s ability to serve its growing congregation and foster deeper community connection.
Thoughtful Design Enhancements
The new addition will expand upon the existing functions of the lobby while introducing several key improvements that prioritize accessibility, comfort, and connection:
- Coffee Bar: A central gathering hub where congregants can enjoy refreshments and conversation before and after services.
- Dedicated Restrooms: Conveniently located men’s and women’s restrooms within the new addition, eliminating the need to travel across the property.
- Nursing and Cry Room: A quiet, private space for parents with young children, allowing families to participate in worship while tending to their needs comfortably.
- Additional Storage: Increased storage for church materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring smooth operations and organization.
- Expanded Fellowship Areas: Generous gathering spaces designed to strengthen relationships and foster a sense of belonging within the church community.
Looking Ahead
Construction for the project began in May 2025 and is scheduled for completion in November 2026. MHK Architecture’s collaborative design approach emphasizes human-first solutions that elevate daily life and strengthen community bonds.
This project stands as a testament to the power of thoughtful architecture to support shared values, enhance connection, and create meaningful spaces that endure.
