MHK Architecture is pleased to highlight FineMark Bank, a three-story mixed-use
development located in Naples, Florida. Completed in 2022, the 15,700-square-foot project
was designed to create a modern, welcoming environment that reflects both the FineMark
brand and its downtown Naples surroundings.
The ground floor is home to FineMark Bank, activating the pedestrian experience while serving
as the building’s focal point. Above, two additional floors provide office space, with expansive
glass and outdoor balconies bringing natural light into the building and strengthening the
connection between indoor and outdoor environments.
Inside, the design pairs a refined neutral palette with warm wood accents and FineMark’s
signature blue, creating a bright, contemporary atmosphere. Rather than a traditional teller
line, guests are welcomed by a custom front desk designed to support a more personalized
banking experience. Dedicated conference rooms further enhance the space, providing
flexible settings for both business meetings and one-on-one conversations.
Thoughtfully balancing functionality and contemporary design, FineMark Bank reflects MHK
Architecture’s commitment to creating spaces that are both visually inviting and tailored to
the people who use them.
