Earlier this year, MHK Architecture had the opportunity to participate in the 2026 ULI Florida Summit, a premier gathering of real estate, planning, and design professionals from across the state. The Summit brings together hundreds of developers, architects, planners, and industry leaders to discuss trends, explore innovative projects, and share insights that are shaping Florida’s built environment.
We were inspired by the engaging conversations with peers and industry leaders, the exchange of innovative ideas, and the shared commitment to creating communities that are not only functional but also vibrant and welcoming. The Summit’s two days of learning, networking, and collaboration provided invaluable perspectives on how thoughtful design can respond to Florida’s unique environment, culture, and growth.
