MHK Architecture is pleased to highlight Rosewood Resort, a multi-building residential resort
located along the Gulf of Mexico in Naples, Florida. Spanning 186,500 square feet and
anticipated for completion in 2027, the project features 42 resort-style beachfront residences
designed around the property’s Gulf Coast setting.
The design focuses on maximizing water views throughout the development, with the primary
buildings oriented to take advantage of the surrounding Gulf environment. Pool amenities
anchor the resort campus, connecting the buildings and contributing to the overall
residential experience.
A unique element of the project is its approach to parking. A portion of the required parking is
incorporated into a green-roof parking facility, allowing for a more lush landscape within the
dense urban environment. This strategy helps the architecture of the primary buildings
remain a focal design element while supporting the overall destination experience.
The residences feature expansive floor plans and a selection of finishes, with the
development designed to combine beachfront living with resort-style amenities and services.
Through its focus on Gulf views, landscape integration and thoughtful site planning,
Rosewood Resort creates a distinctive residential experience along the Naples waterfront.
