The Club at Olde Stone

MHK Architecture Project Highlight

Project Overview

Located in Bowling Green, Kentucky, The Club at Olde Stone underwent a major transformation with the help of MHK Architecture, resulting in a refreshed, expanded clubhouse that honors its original character while meeting modern member needs.

Completed in 2022, the project included an extensive renovation of the existing entry and lobby, along with a 19,000-square-foot addition positioned along the golf course. The expansion introduced a new dining amenity, commercial kitchen, and upgraded locker facilities, enhancing both functionality and member experience.

A key design priority was preserving the classical elements of the original clubhouse while integrating contemporary materials, systems, and spatial planning. The result is a cohesive architectural language that feels both timeless and forward looking.

Inside, the renovated lobby creates a welcoming arrival experience, while the expanded dining spaces offer panoramic views of the course and flexible gathering areas for members and guests. Behind the scenes, the new kitchen and support spaces improve operational efficiency and service flow.
