Project Overview
MHK Architecture is proud to lead the clubhouse and master plan design for the Pandion Club, a transformative private golf destination taking shape on the former Old Corkscrew Golf Club site in Estero, Florida.
Developed by the Hoffmann Family of Companies, the 275-acre redevelopment represents a major investment in the region’s future. As highlighted by Gulfshore Business, the project is expected to generate hundreds of constructions and permanent jobs while strengthening tourism and local business activity.
Designed as a golf-only private club with a projected opening in late 2027, the Pandion Club reflects a long-term commitment to economic vitality, quality of life, and community investment in Southwest Florida.
MHK Architecture’s role focuses on creating a cohesive master plan and low-country style clubhouse that balances elegance, functionality, and environmental responsibility. Through close collaboration with project partners, our team is shaping a destination that supports both member experience and long-term operational success.
Environmental stewardship is central to the development. The project is being designed as a Certified Audubon International Signature Sanctuary, emphasizing sustainability, habitat preservation, and responsible land use through the adaptive reuse of an existing golf course.
The championship course is being designed by Kyle Phillips and will feature multiple tee options and comprehensive practice facilities, offering a world-class experience for a limited membership.
Recognized internationally for his thoughtful, heritage-inspired designs, Phillips is known for creating courses that blend strategic play with natural landscapes. His work on renowned projects across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States brings a level of craftsmanship and global perspective that reinforces Pandion Club’s standing as a premier golf destination.
