Project Overview
Construction of the townhome community started in October 2023, with an expected completion of summer 2025. The McDaniel spans 47,329 square feet and is set to redefine luxury living in downtown Greenville based on recent real estate development in the area. The townhomes are being constructed primarily of limestone, drawing inspiration from Paris’s Haussmann-era architecture as well as the neo-classical townhomes of New York City’s Upper East Side.
