This accolade reflects the perspective of the broader community: neighbors, peers, and residents who experience the city every day.
Completed in 2021, this home remains a defining project for our Greenville office and a meaningful milestone in the city’s evolving residential landscape. As one of the first true modern residences in the heart of downtown, it has helped set a new tone for contemporary urban living in Greenville.
A Milestone for MHK’s Greenville Studio
The award-winning home was designed by Greenville Studio Director, Jeremy Driskell and brought together MHK Architecture’s design perspective with the character and aspirations of a growing Southern city.
Key objectives for the home included:
