MHK Architecture is proud to be featured on the cover of Home & Design Magazine’s Fall 2026 Southwest Florida issue, highlighting a luxury residence in Naples’ Aqualane Shores neighborhood.
The feature showcases a record-setting off-water residence designed by Matthew Kragh, architect and president of MHK Architecture, and built by luxury home builder VIV Homes, with landscape design by Architectural Land Design.
The residence achieved the highest sale price ever recorded for a non-waterfront home in its neighborhood, demonstrating how thoughtful architecture, privacy and exceptional design can create a luxury living experience beyond traditional waterfront properties.
Rather than relying on waterfront views, the home design prioritizes privacy, proportion and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces. From the kitchen and great room to the outdoor living area and pool, the architecture creates a cohesive flow that reflects MHK Architecture’s approach to residential design.
The project highlights the importance of collaboration between architecture, construction and landscape design. Together, MHK Architecture, VIV Homes and Architectural Land Design created a residence that reflects the evolving definition of luxury living in Southwest Florida.
