I am the founder of MHK Architecture. I have been a practicing architect since 1998 and am proud to have been a part of shaping communities around the country. In South Florida and Naples specifically, you can see the MHK influence on nearly every city block or residential neighborhood; however, what I am most proud of, is the team that we have cultivated over the years to lead 9 offices including the beach communities throughout Florida, the low country to the high country of the Carolinas, and stretching out West to the mountains of Denver and Aspen Colorado. We have created a great company of exceptional people who love to exceed our client’s expectations. These days, I split my time between Naples Florida and the Highlands North Carolina offices.
My clients know me as problem solver, accessible, and a bit of a workaholic; however, when I am away from my desk, I am busy helping my wife Trista raise two incredible children, Maverick and Shiloh. I have always had a work hard, play hard attitude. Stress releases include breaking 80 on the golf course, motor yachting, and keeping up with the most incredible design team on the planet.
Education: Undergrad, Western Kentucky University (NCAA Division 1 Diver) / Masters of Architecture, Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago
