Soce Flats

MHK created the SoCe Flats project as a mixed use development of luxury condominimums and a boutique hotel. Comprised of 18 residential units, the  architectural style is a coastal contemporary aesthetic with defined character elements relating to classical design elements of Florida vernacular architecture.
