Rosewood

The Design of Rosewood Residential Resort is a multi-building project focused on the Gulf of Mexico. Designed with a focus to accommodate pristine water views, the design is complemented with pool amenities anchoring the resort campus together. A unique strategy to the project for a portion of the parking required for the project was the design and development of a green-roof parking facility which allows for the appearance of a more lush landscape in a dense urban environment. This approach allows the architecture of the primary buildings to become a focal design element while creating a destination experience.
