Currently an ongoing project, MHK assisted with this extensive five phase development which occupies multiple city blocks. MHK master planned for pedestrian experiences, pocket parks, and amenities. The simplified architectural design and character is enhanced through the use of selective materiality and internalized amenity areas for each of the project phases.
