An innovative and coastal contemporary updated to the Greyhalwk Golf & Country Club. This project feasuted a 9,000 SF resort-style clubhouse featuring a restaurant, full bar, gathering loung, card room. and fitness center. In addition to these amenties, MHK was tasked with the design and development of the community guardhouse, pool bath buidling, and open air cabana areas.
