I’m on the Sarasota MHK team working on our commercial projects. The thing I love about MHK is the focus on the people. For our clients, that means we really want them to be excited and feel like they were heard, their needs were met, and expectations exceeded. Though our projects are detailed and complex, we think they can be low-stress and even enjoyable. Excellence is the bare minimum; we want to bring enthusiasm and excitement to everything we do.
The focus on people extends to our company culture, where we’re constantly learning and sharing with each other, loving our cats and doggies, and being involved in the community. MHK is one of the best cultures I’ve experienced. It’s a great place to do great work.
